To reduce scalping & ticket fraud, E-Tickets must accompany the person that purchased the ticket – name of the ticket must match the credit card holder.
If you have purchased multiple tickets and will not be arriving with your guests or wish to transfer your ticket to another person legitimately – follow these steps:
1. Scan / Photocopy the front + back of the credit card used for the purchase, black out the number except the last 4 digits and bring this with you.
2. Endorse the ticket with the signature matching the card.
